Account and Registration

When you open a jarum4d account, you provide your full legal name, date of birth, email address, mobile number, and a username and password of your choice. You also confirm your country and city of residence. This information helps us verify your identity and age and ensure you are eligible to use jarum4d in your jurisdiction. You cannot change your name or date of birth after registration, so enter them carefully. All data is encrypted and stored securely per our privacy policy.

KYC (Know Your Customer) verification requires two documents: a valid government-issued ID (passport, national identity card, or driver's licence) and a proof of address dated within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement, or lease agreement). Upload clear colour images of both sides of your ID and a photo of your proof of address through the in-app verification portal. Most verifications complete within one to two business days. If documents are unclear or do not match your account details, we will ask you to resubmit. Verification is required before you can withdraw funds from jarum4d.

Payments and Transactions

You will be shown a QR code or a payment link. Open your payment app (online payment, e-wallet, or mobile banking), scan the QR code or tap the link, and confirm the payment. Once your payment app confirms the transaction, the funds appear in your jarum4d balance within seconds. You do not need to enter card details or bank details—the payment app handles the transfer securely. If payment fails, try again or contact your payment provider's customer service. Our support team can help if the deposit was confirmed by your app but not credited to jarum4d.

Games and Betting

jarum4d offers four main categories. jarum4d provides account-control tools in your Settings. You can update your password, email, and mobile number at any time. You can review your full transaction history, including deposits, withdrawals, and bets. You can also close your account by contacting support—we process account closure requests within two business days, and any remaining balance is returned to your original payment method. You cannot undo account closure, so consider it carefully. For account recovery (forgotten password), use the password-recovery link on the login page, or contact support with your username and email address. We verify your identity before sending a reset link.

Our in-app support team responds to live chat messages during business hours. We aim to answer messages within one to two hours during peak times and may respond faster during quieter periods. If you contact us outside business hours or during a holiday (like Idul Fitri or Imlek), we will respond the next business day.
